Thank you for your order at AC Design! Below you'll find information about handling times, shipping options, and estimated delivery times.
Handling Time All jewelry is handmade to order. I process and dispatch your order within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the size of your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after your purchase, and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
- Sweden: 1–2 business days
- Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- North America: 5–8 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 6–13 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–7 business days
Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are governed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. AC Design is not liable for any additional charges incurred.
