1. Introduction
By placing an order with AC Design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. AC Design accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. AC Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
4. Prices & Taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency you choose in the store. Additional customs or import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Custom-made Products
Each piece is individually handmade to order based on your selected size, color and design choices.
Because custom-made jewelry is created specifically for each customer, returns or cancellations are not accepted. However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong size, or if the bracelet was purchased as a gift and does not fit, please feel free to contact me. It may be returned for resizing or, if necessary, remade in the correct size. As each piece is individually handmade to order, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may occur during the exchange process.
To ensure the perfect fit, I recommend following the size guide carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or need help with your order before or after receiving it, don’t hesitate to reach out.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable EU regulations.
