1. Introduction
By placing an order with AC Design, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Custom-made Products
All jewelry is made to order according to the customer’s selected size, color, and model. As each piece is custom-made and personalized, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. AC Design accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. AC Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
5. Prices & Taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency you choose in the store. Additional customs or import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of AC Design and may not be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable EU regulations.
