Each piece of jewelry is unique and made to order according to your specifications. You are purchasing directly from the designer.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. (Check your junk mail if you don’t see it.)
- When your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.
Production & Dispatch
Jewelry is made to order. Normally, your order will be ready and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date your payment is received.

- Standard shipping is traceable.
- Optional insured shipping is available (REK).

Europe
- International Tracked Shipping
- Local VAT or import fees may apply for customers located in Europe outside the EU.

USA
- International Tracked Shipping
- Duties and tariffs are included in the shipping cost.
- In rare cases, US customs may apply a small handling fee.

Important Notes
- Some countries may require a signature upon arrival. Make sure your name and address are correct.
- Some countries do not allow delivery to unmanned PO Boxes. Please check with your local post office if needed.
