Please note that all jewelry is custom-made according to your selected size, color, and model. Each piece is personalized and made to order, and is therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Custom-made items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged, except for size adjustments as described in my Terms & ConditionsTerms & Conditions
