Orders & Shipping

Can I track my shipped order?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is handed over to the postal service. Track via the email link or your postal service website.

My parcel hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Please contact your local delivery service and provide your tracking number.
They will be able to see the status of your parcel and give you an update on its delivery.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I have not received it?
According to the postal service, the carrier is responsible for the delivery, and once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please take the following steps immediately:

  • Check with your neighbors or anyone else at your address who may have accepted the parcel.
  • Contact your local postal service to inquire about the delivery details.
  • Allow 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered slightly before final drop-off.
  • For higher-value orders, filing a police report may be necessary if the parcel cannot be located.

Products & Care

Are your bracelets handmade?
Yes, all jewellery are handmade by me with love and care in Sweden.

How do I take care of my bracelet?
Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. When not in use, store your bracelet in the provided jewellery pouch in a dry place to keep it safe and protected.
Care Instuctions

Can I shower or swim with my bracelet?
Do not wear the bracelet while showering, swimming, or exercising to maintain its quality and longevity.

Sizing & Custom Orders

How do I measure for the correct size?
Use a flexible tape measure to measure around your wrist, following the instructions provided in each product listing.

If you already own a Sami bracelet, measure your existing bracelet from leather end to leather end (excluding the loop) to determine the correct size.

I want to give a bracelet as a gift but don’t know the size. What size should I order?
If you believe the recipient is about the same size as you (or someone you know), measure the wrist and add 1 cm (0.39 in) or 1.5 cm (0.59 in), depending on the bracelet design.

Follow the measurement instructions for the specific bracelet. If unsure, do not automatically choose the largest size. Most common sizes are 17–18 cm (6.69–7.08 in).

Can I order a custom size?
Yes, custom sizes are available. Please contact AC Design before placing the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All bracelets are custom-made to your personal measurements, chosen model, and leather colour. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Gift Orders

Can I send an order as a gift?
Orders can be sent directly to the recipient. For shipments outside the EU, the contents and value must be declared on the package for customs and shipping purposes. Within the EU, this is not required.

A personal note or gift message can optionally be included with the order.
